Welcome to the New Year.
First off, I want to THANK YOU for your support in 2020. You simply cannot discuss 2020 without mentioning COVID-19. To say that the Novel Coronavirus Global Pandemic has changed our lives would be an understatement. COVID-19 has transformed the way the world operates as social distancing guidelines have changed how we work, interact, learn, and do business.
Last fiscal year led to the world of virtual existence for us all both personally and professionally.
As we move further into 2021, I ask that you have patience and stay positive despite the concerns and difficulties you face. You are probably asking yourself: when will this pandemic end? It can be hard to feel optimistic, but I strongly recommend that you embrace new opportunities, adopt a different set of expectations, start a new hobby, take a moment to ask people how they are doing, and enjoy the things that mean the most to you. Doing so will help you reach your goals in 2021.
While much of the world has come to a stop at times throughout this Global Pandemic, American PERMALIGHT® has not. Since the State of California first imposed lock-downs to prevent the spread of the virus, our leadership team has made significant sacrifices to keep our Essential Business operational. American PERMALIGHT® is dedicated to consistently improving our niche life safety space and committed to providing additional value to our customers.
Examples of our commitment:
- Launch of our Social Distancing product line
- Expansion into a larger facility to better serve our customer and vendors
- Recruitment and onboarding of new team members to serve our customers
- Enhancement of our value provided through our Professional Offerings and Services
- Active involvement and participation in code and standard committees
American PERMALIGHT® is dedicated to following the CDC guidelines and social distancing protocols to keep our team members, customers, vendors, and strategic partners safe in this unprecedented time. I think it would be a fallacy to believe the world will go back to where it was before.
The pandemic has defined a new normal and I look forward to working with you throughout the 2021 calendar year.
In 2021, we will be assisting many of our customers through our enhanced PERMALIGHT® Certified Installer Program. Whether you are a seasoned installer or a brand-new installer, our program supports you throughout every step in a Photoluminescent Egress Path Marking project.
We will continue to support our customers through our Social Distancing product line that helps both at home and in public, both indoors and outside. The Coronavirus vaccine distribution process will continue to take longer than expected. Even if individuals receive the vaccine, they should continue to follow CDC guidelines and social distancing protocols to prevent the spread of the virus.
