The PERMALIGHT® Photoluminescent Egress Path Marking System is designed to save lives in emergencies. When the lights go out, our luminous signs and markings kick into action and guide you out of buildings safely.
The way our PERMALIGHT® photoluminescent (also known as “luminous” or “glow-in-the-dark”) technology works is by continuously charging in ambient lighting. Once the lights are off, the glow technology turns on and glows a building-code-compliant length of time to lead people to exit safely.
